Codex-updates

We hebben verschillende Codex-updates doorgevoerd, waaronder:

• In aanmerking komende Business-gebruikers kunnen Codex-uitnodigingen versturen vanuit het profielmenu door Een collega uitnodigen te kiezen, en ontvangen een verwijzingsbonus wanneer de ontvanger lid wordt van de werkruimte en zijn of haar eerste Codex-bericht verstuurt. Beheerders en eigenaren kunnen de schakelaar in Werkruimte-instellingen > Machtigingen en rollen gebruiken om deze functie te beheren. 

• We hebben Ontwikkelaarsmodus toegevoegd voor browsergebruik in Chrome en de Codex-browser in de app, waar beschikbaar. Met Ontwikkelaarsmodus kan Codex gecontroleerde toegang tot het Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP) gebruiken voor performanceprofilering en diepere debugging van netwerkverkeer, console-uitvoer, runtimefouten, DOM-status en toegepaste stijlen. De functie is standaard uitgeschakeld op gebruikersniveau en kan worden ingeschakeld via de instellingen van de Codex-app. Beheerders en eigenaren kunnen de functie uitschakelen via Codex cloud-instellingen door het deelvenster Policies & Configurations te openen. De release voegt ook /init toe in de app-composer voor het genereren van een AGENTS.md-scaffold, ondersteuning voor het configureren van toegangscontroles per app voor Computer Use op Windows, duidelijkere fouten bij gebruikslimieten met werkruimtebegeleiding en resettiming waar beschikbaar, en een nieuwe sectie Ongelezen chats in het opdrachtmenu. Interne websites en apps bouwen en implementeren met ChatGPT Sites

ChatGPT Sites is nu als preview beschikbaar voor ChatGPT Business-werkruimten met Codex-toegang. Teams kunnen Codex, beschikbaar als plugin, vragen om lichte full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript-webapps voor intern werkruimtegebruik te maken, te itereren en te implementeren, met gehoste site-URL’s, toegang via Aanmelden met ChatGPT en gegevens- en bestandsopslag, terwijl toegang intern binnen de werkruimte blijft.

Beheerders en eigenaren kunnen inschakeling en toegang beheren via werkruimte-instellingen en RBAC. Voor Business-werkruimten is ChatGPT Sites standaard ingeschakeld en kan het worden beheerd via Werkruimte-instellingen > Machtigingen en rollen. Beheerders en eigenaren kunnen gemaakte sites uitschakelen via Werkruimte-instellingen > Sites.

Rolspecifieke plugins in Codex

Rolspecifieke plugins worden uitgerold in Codex voor ondersteunde ChatGPT Business-werkruimten. Deze eerste set omvat Sales, Data Analytics, Product Design, Creative Production, Investment Banking en Public Equity Investing. Deze plugins bundelen rolspecifieke vaardigheden, app-integraties, startprompts en workflowbegeleiding, zodat teams Codex kunnen gebruiken voor verkoopvoorbereiding, analytics en dashboards, prototypes, creatieve assets en financieel onderzoek.

Deze lancering voegt ook 66 plugins voor één app toe die de beschikbare integraties in Codex uitbreiden, waaronder tools zoals Databricks, Salesforce, Hex en Clay. Gebruikers kunnen beschikbare plugins toevoegen vanuit de Codex-pluginmap, en Codex kan hen helpen de setup te voltooien. Werkruimtebeheerders beheren de onderliggende app-machtigingen in werkruimte-instellingen; als een vereiste app niet is ingeschakeld, is de gerelateerde plugin mogelijk niet beschikbaar.

Bedieningselementen voor actieve accountsessies

We rollen Actieve sessies uit, een nieuwe beveiligingsfunctie in ChatGPT waarmee gebruikers sessies die aan hun account zijn gekoppeld kunnen bekijken en zich kunnen afmelden bij sessies die ze niet herkennen.


Beschikbaarheid: Deze functie is niet beschikbaar voor accounts die zijn gekoppeld aan SSO-aanmelding van een organisatie, inclusief SAML of OIDC. Dit kan zelfs gelden als de organisatie SSO niet voor elke aanmelding vereist, of als de gebruiker zich voor de huidige sessie op een andere manier heeft aangemeld.

Gebruikers met toegang kunnen nu:

• First-party OpenAI-sessies bekijken via Instellingen > Beveiliging > Actieve sessies, met beschikbare details zoals apparaat, app, geschatte locatie, aanmeldtijd, status van vertrouwd apparaat en of het de huidige sessie is.

• Uitloggen bij afzonderlijke sessies of alle sessies via Actieve sessies

Actieve sessies toont sessies die bekend zijn via sessiebeheer, waaronder ChatGPT-, Codex- en API Platform-sessies waar beschikbaar. Het beheert geen sessies van apps van derden, gekoppelde apps, sessies voor Aanmelden met ChatGPT die alleen voor diensten van derden worden gebruikt, of Codex CLI-sessies.

Codex-updates: computergebruik en afstandsbediening voor Windows, gebruiksprofielen

Codex ondersteunt nu Computer Use op Windows in de Codex-app. Business-gebruikers met Codex-toegang kunnen Computer Use gebruiken om Codex te laten kijken, klikken en typen in Windows-applicaties. Gebruikers kunnen Windows-workflows ook voortzetten vanuit ChatGPT op iOS of Android, of vanuit Codex op Mac, om voortgang te controleren, op prompts te reageren en bij te sturen terwijl ze niet achter hun bureau zitten, terwijl de Windows-machine de host blijft voor projectbestanden, shell, appserver en lokale context.

Als je Computer Use op Windows wilt proberen, installeer je de Computer Use-plugin vanuit de pluginmarktplaats en roep je die aan met de @-vermelding; Codex kan de plugin ook gebruiken wanneer dat passend is voor de taak.

Deze release verbetert ook de responsiviteit van de Codex-app en de snelheid, stabiliteit en webcompatibiliteit van de browser in de app, en voegt geleidelijk uitgerolde Codex-profielen toe voor in aanmerking komende gebruikers. Met profielen kunnen gebruikers hun Codex-identiteit, activiteit in de tijd, profielgegevens, gebruiksstatistieken en tokenactiviteit bekijken en volgen.

Computer Use op Windows is bij de lancering niet beschikbaar in de Europese Economische Ruimte, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Zwitserland.

App-sjablonen voor GitHub Enterprise, Snowflake en Databricks

Werkruimtebeheerders en -eigenaren met Business-abonnementen kunnen nu ChatGPT-app-sjablonen gebruiken om werkruimtespecifieke apps te maken voor GitHub Enterprise, Snowflake en Databricks. App-sjablonen bieden een begeleide setupflow voor providerspecifieke configuratie, zoals OAuth-referenties, callback-URL’s, webhookgegevens, beheerde MCP-server-URL’s en werkruimtetoegangscontroles voordat beheerders de app publiceren voor leden.

Gebruik de nieuwe setupgidsen om de algemene app-sjabloonflow en de providerspecifieke stappen voor elke sjabloon te begrijpen: ChatGPT-app-sjablonen, GitHub Enterprise-app-sjabloon, Snowflake-app-sjabloon en Databricks-app-sjabloon.

Na publicatie kunnen beheerders de resulterende app beheren via Werkruimte-instellingen > Apps > Ingeschakeld, inclusief roltoegang, actiebeheer en actiebevestiging.

Nieuwe bedieningselementen en mogelijkheden voor ChatGPT-werkruimte-agents

We rollen nieuwe model-, app-toegangs- en responsmogelijkheden uit voor werkruimte-agents in ChatGPT Business.

Werkruimte-agents ondersteunen nu:

• GPT-5.5 en bedieningselementen voor redeneringsinspanning: bij het bouwen van een agent kunnen makers GPT-5.5 kiezen en de redeneringsinspanning instellen die de agent gebruikt. We hebben ook de responssnelheid van agents verbeterd.

• Begeleide agentsetup: ChatGPT stelt nu setupvragen om gebruikers sneller nuttige agents te laten maken.

• Spraakuitvoer: agents kunnen nu audiobestanden maken als onderdeel van hun antwoorden.

• Slimmere antwoorden in Slack-threads: agents die in Slack worden gebruikt, kunnen na de eerste vermelding reageren op relevante vervolgberichten in een thread. Makers kunnen kiezen of een agent reageert op relevante threadberichten of alleen wanneer deze wordt vermeld.

Codex-updates: rijkere context, gedeelde plugins, doelmodus, browserverbeteringen, vergrendeld extern gebruik en analytics

Codex geeft teams nu meer manieren om context in langere workflows te brengen, interne tools te hergebruiken en adoptie te volgen:

• Met Appshots in de macOS-app kunnen gebruikers met een sneltoets een appvenster aan een Codex-thread koppelen, inclusief een screenshot en beschikbare tekst.

• Doelmodus is algemeen beschikbaar in de Codex-app, IDE-extensie en CLI, zodat gebruikers een uitkomst en succescriteria kunnen definiëren en Codex ernaartoe kan blijven werken.

• Browserannotaties in de app ondersteunen nauwkeurigere stylingfeedback voor browsergebaseerd en frontendwerk.

• Met vergrendeld computergebruik kunnen gebruikers Codex extern en veilig laten doorwerken nadat de Mac is vergrendeld, afhankelijk van bestaande regionale beperkingen. Beheerders en eigenaren kunnen deze functie uitschakelen door remote_computer_use = false in te stellen in de instelling Policies & Configurations in Codex cloud. • Verbeteringen voor browsergebruik voegen een geavanceerde annotatiemodus, snellere assetextractie, alleen-lezen JavaScript-context, betere bruikbaarheid van tabgroepering, minder rommel door Chrome-extensietabs en betrouwbaarheidsverbeteringen toe.

• Met plugin delen kunnen ChatGPT Business-gebruikers lokaal gebouwde plugins vanuit de Codex-app delen met werkruimteleden, zodat teams interne tools en workflows kunnen hergebruiken. Gedeelde plugins blijven binnen de grenzen van de werkruimte en organisatie, verschijnen onder Gedeeld met jou en kunnen door beheerders en eigenaren worden uitgeschakeld met plugin_sharing = false in de instelling Policies & Configurations in Codex cloud. • De wereldwijde beheerdersconsole bevat nu Codex-analytics, met actieve gebruikers, credits en tokens, threads en beurten, gebruikersranglijsten, plugingebruik, geaccepteerde coderegels, modelgebruik en een UI die aansluit op de console.

Werkruimte-agents zijn nu algemeen beschikbaar in ChatGPT Business, Enterprise en Edu.

Werkruimte-agents helpen teams om samen meer gedaan te krijgen in verschillende tools. Ze kunnen zelfstandig volledige workflows beheren, teamprocessen volgen en binnen je team worden gedeeld, zodat mensen één keer kunnen bouwen en samen kunnen gebruiken. We hebben ook nieuwe beheerdersbedieningselementen en zichtbaarheid toegevoegd:

• Agentbouwers kunnen waarborgen instellen voor welke acties agents mogen uitvoeren voor elke app die in hun werkruimte is ingeschakeld.

• Beheerders kunnen activiteit en gebruik van werkruimte-agents bekijken in de beheerdersconsole.

We hebben de gratis periode voor werkruimte-agents verlengd tot 6 juli 2026. Op die datum begint prijsstelling op basis van credits.

Externe toegang tot Codex en toegangstokens voor automatisering

Teams kunnen nu de mobiele ChatGPT-app gebruiken om verbonden te blijven met Codex-werk dat op een host-Mac draait, waardoor het makkelijker wordt om vragen te beantwoorden, werk om te leiden, acties goed te keuren, uitvoer te beoordelen en langer lopende taken gaande te houden wanneer ze niet bij de hostmachine zijn. De mobiele ervaring weerspiegelt de live status van de gekoppelde omgeving, inclusief projectcontext, goedkeuringen, screenshots, terminaluitvoer, diffs en testresultaten.

Codex voegt ook toegangstokens toe voor vertrouwde, niet-interactieve lokale workflows, zodat goedgekeurde automatisering via scripts, planners of private CI-runners kan draaien met een ChatGPT-werkruimte-identiteit.

Codex in de mobiele ChatGPT-app wordt als preview uitgerold op iOS en Android voor alle abonnementen, inclusief Business, in ondersteunde regio’s. Werk zowel de mobiele ChatGPT-app als de Codex-app op macOS bij om het te proberen. Mobiele setup begint in de Codex-app op de host en kan vereisen dat Remote Control-toegang voor de werkruimte is ingeschakeld.

Analytics en Agents in de wereldwijde beheerdersconsole

De wereldwijde beheerdersconsole bevat nu nieuwe gebieden voor Analytics en Agents. Analytics geeft beheerders een geconsolideerd overzicht van adoptie en gebruik, met trendweergaven voor actieve gebruikers en berichtactiviteit plus drilldowns voor GPTs, projecten, vaardigheden, gebruikers, toolinteracties, connectorinteracties en werkruimtegezondheid.

Agents geeft beheerders een geconsolideerd overzicht van werkruimte-agents in de hele organisatie. Beheerders kunnen een agent openen om details te bekijken, zoals Agent ID, recente activiteit, gekoppelde apps, geheugenbestanden, planningen en agentanalytics zoals unieke gebruikers en uitvoeringen in de tijd, of naar Builder gaan om de agent te bewerken. Werkruimte-eigenaren hebben toegang tot deze weergaven vanuit de wereldwijde beheerdersconsole. Meer informatie.

ChatGPT voor Excel en Google Sheets

ChatGPT voor Excel en Google Sheets is nu wereldwijd beschikbaar voor ChatGPT Business en biedt teams een spreadsheet-native ChatGPT-zijbalk in Excel en Google Sheets voor het bouwen, opschonen, bijwerken en uitleggen van werkmappen. Het ondersteunt Skills en apps waar beschikbaar, zodat spreadsheetwerk goedgekeurde bestanden, systemen en gegevensbronnen uit het ChatGPT-account van een gebruiker kan gebruiken.

Business-klanten hebben een gratis preview tot en met 2 juni 2026; daarna volgt het gebruik de credits en gebruiksvoorwaarden van het abonnement. Beheerders kunnen ChatGPT voor Excel en Sheets inschakelen in werkruimte-instellingen en apps inschakelen in de beheerdersportal; app-beschikbaarheid kan afhangen van rechten, beheerdersinstellingen en bronmachtigingen. ChatGPT Workspace Agents voor Enterprise en Business

ChatGPT-werkruimte-agents worden de komende weken geleidelijk uitgerold naar ChatGPT Business-werkruimten.

Met Workspace Agents kunnen organisaties agents bouwen en gebruiken voor herhaalbare taken en bedrijfsworkflows automatiseren met al je gekoppelde apps; ze kunnen draaien in ChatGPT en/of Slack. Werkruimte-agents kunnen worden gemaakt, voorafgaand aan publicatie worden bekeken, binnen een werkruimte worden gedeeld en volgens een planning worden uitgevoerd.

In aanmerking komende werkruimten kunnen nu:

• Agents maken op basis van sjablonen of helemaal opnieuw bouwen.

• Agents verbinden met tools en apps zoals Google Drive, Google Calendar, Slack en SharePoint.

• Vaardigheden, bestanden en aangepaste MCP-servers toevoegen.

• Agents privé, via een link of in de werkruimtemap delen.

• Terugkerende uitvoeringen plannen in ChatGPT.

• Agents gebruiken in gekoppelde Slack-kanalen.

• Versiegeschiedenis en analytics voor agents bekijken.

Werkruimtebeheerders kunnen ook toegang tot het bouwen en publiceren van agents en Slack-gebruik beheren via beheerdersbedieningselementen. ChatGPT-werkruimte-agents zijn bij de lancering standaard ingeschakeld.

Gegevensresidentie voor apps met synchronisatie in Japan

Alle apps met synchronisatie ondersteunen nu gegevensresidentie in de regio Japan voor in aanmerking komende ChatGPT Business-werkruimten. Voorheen was gegevensresidentie voor apps met synchronisatie in Japan beperkt tot Google Drive en GitHub. Deze lancering breidt ondersteuning voor gegevensresidentie in Japan uit naar alle sync-connectors. Meer informatie over gegevensresidentie.

Vereenvoudigde bedieningselementen voor app-acties

Werkruimte-eigenaren en beheerders kunnen app-acties nu beheren met een vereenvoudigd model in Werkruimte-instellingen > Apps. In Actiebeheer kunnen beheerders kiezen of een app alle acties toestaat, alleen leesacties toestaat of een aangepaste configuratie voor huidige acties gebruikt.

Beheerders kunnen ook kiezen hoe later toegevoegde acties worden afgehandeld: alle nieuwe acties inschakelen, alleen nieuwe leesacties inschakelen of nieuwe acties uitschakelen totdat ze zijn beoordeeld. Dit maakt het makkelijker om app-machtigingen te beheren terwijl gedetailleerde controle waar nodig behouden blijft.

Eigenaren en beheerders willen mogelijk de momenteel ingeschakelde apps, RBAC-toegang en instellingen voor app-acties bekijken om te bevestigen dat het beleid van elke app aansluit op de behoeften van hun werkruimte. Werkruimte-analytics voor Business

Een vernieuwde analyticservaring, genaamd Werkruimte-analytics, is nu beschikbaar voor ChatGPT Business. Werkruimte-analytics vervangt Gebruikersanalytics door een eenvoudigere weergave op werkruimteniveau die beheerders helpt de algemene adoptie en het Codex-gebruik binnen hun organisatie te begrijpen.

Belangrijkste punten:

• Vernieuwde analyticservaring: Bijgewerkte visuals en navigatie met een gestroomlijnd dashboard voor snelle beoordeling van werkruimteactiviteit.

• Samenvattingsstatistieken voor werkruimten: Bekijk kernstatistieken zoals actieve gebruikers, totaal verzonden berichten en totaal bestede credits in het geselecteerde tijdsbereik.

• Gebruikstabel op ledenniveau: Bekijk gebruik per werkruimtelid, inclusief type seat, bestede credits en verzonden berichten.

• Flexibele datumbereiken: Analyseer activiteit over vooraf ingestelde perioden, waaronder 7 dagen, 1 maand, 6 maanden, 12 maanden of een aangepast bereik.

• Codex-zichtbaarheid: Ga rechtstreeks naar Codex-analytics voor lichte inzichten in creditgebruik en ontwikkelaarsactiviteit.

• Zoeken en filteren: Vind snel specifieke leden en bekijk individuele gebruikspatronen.

Acties voor gedeelde Outlook-postvakken en gedeelde agenda’s

De Outlook Email- en Calendar-apps voor ChatGPT ondersteunen nu meer gedelegeerde Outlook-workflows voor teams. Met de juiste Microsoft-machtigingen kunnen gebruikers ChatGPT vragen om berichten in gedeelde postvakken weer te geven en te lezen, mappen van gedeelde postvakken te doorzoeken, gedeelde e-mail als gelezen of ongelezen te markeren, gedeelde berichten te verplaatsen en e-mail in platte tekst te verzenden vanuit of namens een gedeeld postvak. ChatGPT kan ook gebeurtenissen in gedeelde Outlook-agenda’s maken, bijwerken, erop reageren, annuleren, verwijderen en kleine bestanden eraan toevoegen.

Werkruimte-eigenaren en beheerders moeten de actiebedieningselementen van de Outlook-app bekijken voordat ze nieuw toegevoegde acties inschakelen. Gebruikers die Outlook eerder hebben gekoppeld, moeten mogelijk opnieuw verbinding maken nadat de werkruimte de nieuwe acties inschakelt; goedkeuring door Microsoft Entra kan ook vereist zijn. Nieuwe Codex-seats in ChatGPT Business

We introduceren een nieuw seattype: een Codex-seat op basis van flexibele, creditgebaseerde prijsstelling. Codex-seats hebben geen vaste maandelijkse kosten en bieden alleen toegang tot Codex; ze bevatten geen toegang tot de ChatGPT-werkruimte. Er is geen minimumaantal Codex-seats dat je moet kopen, maar omdat seats op basis van gebruik worden gefactureerd, vereist het gebruik van Codex werkruimtecredits.

Voor een beperkte tijd kunnen in aanmerking komende ChatGPT Business-werkruimten tot $100 aan Codex-credits verdienen per nieuw toegevoegde Codex-seat nadat dat lid zijn of haar eerste Codex-bericht heeft verzonden, tot $500 per werkruimte. Samen met deze wijziging verlagen we de prijs van abonnementsgebaseerde ChatGPT-seats met USD $5 per maand (de daadwerkelijke verlaging kan afhangen van prijzen in je regio).

Als je een huidige abonnee bent, wordt de nieuwe, lagere prijs weergegeven op je volgende maandelijkse of jaarlijkse factuur. We storten het pro rata prijsverschil op je huidige factuur terug als credit die kan worden toegepast op je volgende abonnementsverlenging om rekening te houden met de prijswijziging. Tot slot hebben we de Codex Rate Card bijgewerkt om aan te sluiten op tokengebaseerde gebruiksprijzen. Dit kan leiden tot een verschil in wat je in rekening wordt gebracht. Lees meer in de Codex-tarievenkaart. ChatGPT-tarieven blijven ongewijzigd.

Bijgewerkte Box-, Notion-, Linear- en Dropbox-apps

We rollen bijgewerkte Box-, Notion-, Linear- en Dropbox-apps uit in ChatGPT Business. Deze updates voegen nieuwe app-acties toe, waaronder nieuwe schrijfmogelijkheden waar ondersteund, en brengen de nieuwste app-ervaring naar ChatGPT.

Deze apps worden automatisch ingeschakeld, en werkruimtebeheerders/-eigenaren kunnen app-acties bekijken in Werkruimte-instellingen > Apps om acties in te schakelen die aansluiten op hun werkruimtebehoeften. Daarnaast kunnen nieuwe acties bijgewerkte scopes omvatten; beheerders/eigenaren moeten de apppagina’s van Box, Notion, Linear en Dropbox raadplegen voor details en alle nieuwe scopes autoriseren die nodig zijn om nieuwe acties te ondersteunen (zoals schrijfacties). Nieuwe gebruikers kunnen deze apps mogelijk niet koppelen totdat aan de scope-autorisaties is voldaan, of totdat acties zijn in- of uitgeschakeld in overeenstemming met geautoriseerde scopes.

Leden die deze apps eerder hebben gekoppeld, moeten de app mogelijk opnieuw koppelen na beoordeling door de beheerder om de bijgewerkte ervaring te gaan gebruiken.

Plugins in Codex

Codex bevat nu een samengestelde pluginmap waarmee gebruikers rechtstreeks in Codex verpakte workflows kunnen ontdekken, installeren en gebruiken die zijn opgebouwd uit apps en vaardigheden. Plugins zijn installeerbare bundels voor herbruikbare Codex-workflows, waardoor dezelfde setup makkelijker kan worden gedeeld tussen projecten of teams. Plugins kunnen vaardigheden, optionele app-integraties en MCP-serverconfiguraties op één plek bundelen. Meer informatie. 

De beschikbaarheid van plugins volgt de app-bedieningselementen van de werkruimte; als de onderliggende app is uitgeschakeld, kan de bijbehorende plugin dus ook niet beschikbaar zijn. Werkruimte-eigenaren kunnen app-toegang beheren via Werkruimte-instellingen → Apps.

Unificatie van Google Drive-app

De nieuwe Google Drive-acties staan standaard aan voor Business-werkruimten. Beheerders/eigenaren kunnen acties bekijken en beheren via Werkruimte-instellingen > Apps. Zoek de Google Drive-vermelding en klik op Acties beheren.

Bestaande gebruikers van Google Drive-, Docs-, Sheets- en Slides-apps ondervinden geen gevolgen: eerder gekoppelde apps blijven werken. Om gebruik te maken van de samengevoegde ervaring kunnen bestaande gebruikers de Google Drive-app ontkoppelen en opnieuw koppelen om de nieuwe acties binnen ChatGPT te gaan gebruiken. Schrijfacties voor Microsoft- en Google-apps in ChatGPT

We hebben scopes en acties in Google- en Microsoft-apps in ChatGPT bijgewerkt om ondersteuning voor schrijfacties op te nemen. Je kunt nu apps zoals Microsoft Outlook Email gebruiken om e-mails voor je op te stellen, Google Docs en Sheets om spreadsheets of documenten te maken, of vergaderingen plannen met de betreffende agenda-apps.

Schrijfacties blijven standaard uitgeschakeld totdat werkruimtebeheerders ze per app inschakelen in Werkruimte-instellingen > Apps > Acties beheren. Voor Microsoft-apps hebben sommige klanten mogelijk ook goedkeuring van een Microsoft Entra-beheerder nodig voor bijgewerkte scopes voordat nieuwe gebruikers succesvol verbinding kunnen maken. Bijgewerkte scopes voor Microsoft-apps

We hebben de scopes bijgewerkt die worden aangevraagd door de apps Outlook Calendar, Outlook Email, Microsoft SharePoint en Microsoft Teams om extra acties te ondersteunen. Microsoft Entra-beheerders moeten de bijgewerkte app-scopes beoordelen en goedkeuren voordat nieuwe gebruikers verbinding maken; anders kunnen gebruikers verbindingsproblemen ondervinden.

Let op: de nieuwe scopes maken niet automatisch nieuwe acties voor deze apps beschikbaar of ingeschakeld (waaronder schrijfacties). Codex-app op Windows

De Codex-app is nu beschikbaar op Windows voor ChatGPT Business-werkruimten die Codex bevatten. De app biedt leden een Windows-desktopomgeving om meerdere Codex-agents parallel uit te voeren, met geïsoleerde worktrees, controleerbare diffs en interoperabiliteit met Codex in de CLI en IDE.

Leden kunnen zich vanuit de app aanmelden met ChatGPT om te werken vanuit een Windows-omgeving, en beheerders hoeven geen afzonderlijk app-specifiek machtigingsmodel te configureren. Introductie van de Codex-app

Vandaag brengen we de Codex-app voor MacOS uit, een commandocentrum voor het parallel beheren van meerdere programmeeragents. Met de app kun je langlopende en achtergrondtaken uitvoeren, schone diffs uit geïsoleerde worktrees beoordelen, de voortgang en beslissingen van agents bekijken en herbruikbare vaardigheden en automatiseringen uitvoeren.

De Codex-app volgt dezelfde beheerdersbedieningselementen als Codex local en Codex cloud. Codex local moet zijn ingeschakeld zodat leden de Codex-app kunnen gebruiken. Beheerders/eigenaren kunnen Codex-toegang beheren via Werkruimte-instellingen -> Machtigingen en rollen.

Introductie van de appmap in ChatGPT

Je kunt nu goedgekeurde apps bekijken en toevoegen in de nieuwe appmap. Met apps kun je rechtstreeks in een gesprek met je tools en gegevens werken: van interactieve ervaringen in de chat tot veilige verbindingen waarmee ChatGPT informatie uit diensten van derden kan zoeken en raadplegen.

Als onderdeel van deze update verschijnen connectors nu als apps in de map, waardoor het makkelijker wordt om al je tools op één plek te beheren. Verwijzingen in het helpcentrum zijn bijgewerkt om deze nieuwe terminologie weer te geven.

Voor gebruikers van ChatGPT Business zijn apps standaard ingeschakeld. Beheerders en eigenaren kunnen via werkruimte-instellingen bepalen welke apps beschikbaar zijn voor hun werkruimte en welke acties elke app mag uitvoeren. 

Apps zijn beschikbaar voor alle ingelogde ChatGPT-gebruikers, waarbij beschikbaarheid en functionaliteit per abonnement en regio verschillen. Sommige apps of mogelijkheden zijn mogelijk niet beschikbaar in bepaalde regio’s (waaronder de EER, GB of Zwitserland) of vereisen mogelijk specifieke abonnementsniveaus.

We’ve refreshed the Apps & connectors section in Workspace settings for admins and owners with a clearer layout: tabs for Enabled, Available, and Draft; a streamlined list view; search and filters; and bulk actions like selecting multiple apps to manage roles or disable. Enabling actions, including sync where supported, now live directly in each connector’s listing.

Atlassian Rovo MCP connector

We’re adding Atlassian Rovo to our list of MCP connectors, which brings in your Jira, Compass, and Confluence information to bring relevant project context into your chats. This connector enables you to take supported write actions in Jira right from ChatGPT — such as creating issues and triggering workflows—based on what you request and on patterns identified in your project data. All actions are initiated, approved and completed directly in chat.

Admins can review actions and other basic information about the connectors in Workspace settings → App. Users can add the Atlassian Rovo from Settings → Apps & Connectors.

The Atlassian Rovo connector is available to Enterprise, Edu, Business, Pro and Plus customers with connectors enabled for their workspace.

New MCP connectors available today

We’re rolling out a new set of MCP access connectors built by partners and reviewed by OpenAI, including Amplitude, Fireflies, Vercel, Monday.com, Stripe, Hex, Egnyte, Alpaca, BioRender, Semrush, and Jam.dev. This is available to Enterprise, Edu, Business, Pro and Plus customers with connectors enabled for their workspace. These connectors expand the set of tools customers can bring into ChatGPT and will be followed by additional connectors on a rolling basis.

The connectors released today are access connectors, which fetch content when a user asks a question, built using MCP. Connectors remain default off for Enterprise plans, and default on for Business plans.

Admins can review Actions and other basic information about these connectors in Workspace settings → Apps.

Starting today, company knowledge will support custom MCP connectors with search/fetch functionality. Custom connectors fitting this criteria that are enabled for your organization will appear in the company knowledge experience for users that have enabled them for allowed users, giving your team a more complete, accurate, and company-specific context when using the feature.

Admins/owners can continue to manage access to custom connectors in Workspace settings.

Apps & Apps SDK now available to Business plans

ChatGPT Business customers will now have access to ChatGPT apps. Apps include interactive interfaces – like presentations, maps, and playlists – that respond to natural language and adapt to your conversation. You can start with a bulleted outline and ask Canva to turn it into a professional presentation, or turn a rough sketch into a FigJam diagram—all without leaving ChatGPT.

Our pilot partners—like Figma, Canva, Booking.com, Coursera, Expedia, Spotify, and Zillow—will be available to Business customers in markets where their services are offered, starting in English, with more apps coming.

You can also build your own apps with the Apps SDK, then test and deploy it for your team using developer mode.

Introducing the ChatGPT app and ChatGPT connector for Slack

We’re rolling out two new ways to bring Slack and ChatGPT together: a connector that brings your Slack context into ChatGPT, and a ChatGPT app for Slack – an integration that enables you to chat with ChatGPT from inside Slack.

With the ChatGPT app for Slack, you can chat one-on-one with ChatGPT in a dedicated Slack sidebar – a space to ask questions, summarize long threads into action items, draft replies, and search messages and files you already have access to. Chats you start in Slack also appear in your ChatGPT sidebar, so it’s easy to pick up later from web or mobile. Semantic search is supported for Slack customers with AI enabled on Business+ or Enterprise+ plans; all other plans use keyword search.

With the ChatGPT connector for Slack, you can securely bring in context from your Slack channels and DMs, making responses more helpful Available in chat, Deep Research, and Agent Mode. The connector is enabled by default for Business customers, and users can enable from Settings > Apps & Connectors.

Both app and connector are available to Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise/Edu customers. Additionally, the ChatGPT app for Slack requires a paid Slack account; availability and workspace installation may depend on your Slack workspace settings.

Installing the app requires the connector to be enabled for your account.

We’re rolling out new Codex capabilities to help teams work and build better: Codex now works in Slack, and supports programmatic control through the Codex SDK. Introducing project sharing

Today, we’re announcing an update to projects in ChatGPT. Now you can share projects with teammates in your workspace, adding files and instructions together to guide ChatGPT’s responses toward a shared goal. Members can chat with the project’s context to stay on the same page as new information gets added and create work that stays consistent in tone.

Shared projects are ideal for ongoing work like client management, content creation, reporting, and research.

Invite members in your workspace by individual email, group email, or shared link. Add/remove project members, set project access permissions, create new chats, add/remove files, and allow members to bring existing chats into the project. Memory is project-only, ensuring sensitive data stays safely within the project.

Sharepoint synced connector

ChatGPT Business workspaces can now use the Sharepoint synced connector, which enables workspace members to securely ask questions and get answers directly from their OneDrive and SharePoint files. Connections can be created, deleted, or modified at any time. Once enabled, ChatGPT will automatically reference your SharePoint content when relevant.

Workspace Admins must enable access to the Sharepoint connector in their workspace’s Admin connectors settings. Once this is enabled, each user can connect their individual account by signing in to SharePoint through an OAuth flow.

Starting today, Codex works with you everywhere you build—in your terminal or IDE, on the web, in GitHub, and even from the ChatGPT iOS app. Your ChatGPT account connects it all, so you can work seamlessly between your local environment and Codex’s cloud without losing state.

• IDE Extension: The new extension brings codex into VS Code, Cursor, and other VS Code forks, so that you can seamlessly preview local changes and edit code

• Sign in with ChatGPT: Available in both the IDE and CLI, eliminating API key setup and providing access directly through your existing ChatGPT plan

Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts Connectors in ChatGPT

Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts are now available to connect and use in chat. Once you enable them, ChatGPT will automatically reference them when relevant, making it faster and easier to bring information from these tools into your conversations without having to manually select them each time.

If you already have Gmail or Google Calendar enabled for deep research, you can now also use them in chat. To use them in deep research, you will still need to enable each connector separately and select it every time you start a new deep research request.

Project-only memory

An improvement to projects is now available. When creating a project, users have the option to enable project-only memory.

With project-only memory enabled, ChatGPT can use other conversations in that project for additional context, and won’t use your saved memories from outside the project to shape responses. Additionally, it won’t carry anything from the project into future chats outside of the project.

This creates a focused, self-contained space, which is useful for long-running or sensitive work where you want ChatGPT to stay anchored to that project’s tone, context, and history.

Note:

• Personal Memory must be enabled to utilize this feature.

  • Settings -> Personalization -> Memory

• Workspace Memory must be enabled to utilize this feature.

  • Workspace owners can enable this by Workspace Settings -> Memory

• This feature will initially only be available on the ChatGPT website and Windows app. Support for mobile (iOS and Android) and macOS app will follow in the coming weeks.

GPT-5 is slowly rolling out to all users on ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Team, and Free plans worldwide across web, mobile, and desktop. GPT-5 will be available to ChatGPT Enterprise and Edu plans soon.

GPT-5 in ChatGPT is our next flagship model and the new default for all logged-in users. It simplifies ChatGPT to a single auto-switching system that brings together the best of our previous models into a smart, fast model.

GPT-5 is available to all ChatGPT Tiers. Users on Paid tiers - Plus, Pro, and Team - have access to the model picker, which enables you to manually select GPT-5 or GPT-5 Thinking. Pro and Team tier users have access to GPT-5 Thinking Pro, which takes a bit longer to think but delivers the accuracy you need for complex tasks.

If you open a conversation that used one of these models:

ChatGPT will automatically switch it to the closest GPT-5 equivalent. Chats with 4o, 4.1, 4.5, 4.1-mini, o4-mini, or o4-mini-high will open in GPT-5, chats with o3 will open in GPT-5-Thinking, and chats with o3-Pro will open in GPT-5-Pro (available only on Pro and Team).

Please note that Voice mode is still powered by GPT-4o.

Personalities

You can now choose from four distinct personalities or use the Default personality in your Customize ChatGPT settings. Default is the standard ChatGPT style: clear, neutral, and adaptable. The other personalities each have their own style and tone, described below.

Cynic – Sarcastic and dry, delivers blunt help with wit. Often teases, but provides direct, practical answers when it matters.

Robot – Precise, efficient, and emotionless, delivering direct answers without extra words.

Listener – Warm and laid-back, reflecting your thoughts back with calm clarity and light wit.

Nerd – Playful and curious, explaining concepts clearly while celebrating knowledge and discovery.

Please note that these personalities will not apply to Voice mode.

Accent Colors

You can now set an accent color that applies to elements in ChatGPT, including your conversation bubbles, the Voice button, and highlighted text.

On web: Click your profile icon at the bottom left, select Settings, go to the General tab, and choose an option from the Accent color drop-down.

On mobile (iOS and Android): Tap your profile icon at the bottom, go to Personalization, then select Color Scheme to pick your accent color.

ChatGPT Voice updates

Today we’re rolling out improvements to Voice Mode to make it more accessible and useful for everyone. It also now works with custom GPTs. We’re expanding access with near-unlimited use for Plus users and hours each day for Free users. To simplify the experience, Standard Voice Mode will be retired in 30 days, unifying all users onto our latest voice experience.

For paid users, Voice now adapts to your instructions, adjusting its speaking style (length, speed, tone, and more) to fit the moment.

Study Mode

Study mode is currently available to users in Free, Plus, Pro, and Teams plans globally and will expand to Edu plans in the coming weeks. Study mode works with any model available in ChatGPT on iOS, Android, web, and desktop.

Study mode is a new learning experience in ChatGPT designed to help you build a deeper understanding of any topic. When you turn it on, ChatGPT will ask interactive questions to understand your goals and skill level, then work with you to reach the answer together.

With Study mode enabled, ChatGPT can:

• Guide understanding with Socratic-style questions.

• Break concepts into easy to follow sections starting simple and adding complexity as you progress.

• Personalize responses based on your past chats if memory is on, using examples and tips tailored to you.

• Check your understanding with open-ended prompts and feedback.

• Work with your materials by referencing images or PDFs you upload.

You can enable study mode at any time by selecting Tools in the prompt window and choosing Study and learn from the drop‑down menu or go to chatgpt.com/studymode.

Study mode is powered by custom system instructions and can have some inconsistent behavior and mistakes across conversations. We plan on training this behavior directly into our main models once we’ve learned what works best through iteration and user feedback.

Releasing GPT-4.1 in ChatGPT for all paid users

Since its launch in the API in April, GPT-4.1 has become a favorite among developers—by popular demand, we’re making it available directly in ChatGPT.

GPT-4.1 is a specialized model that excels at coding tasks. Compared to GPT-4o, it's even stronger at precise instruction following and web development tasks, and offers an alternative to OpenAI o3 and OpenAI o4-mini for simpler, everyday coding needs.

Starting today, Plus, Pro, and Team users can access GPT-4.1 via the "more models" dropdown in the model picker. Enterprise and Edu users will get access in the coming weeks. GPT-4.1 has the same rate limits as GPT-4o for paid users.

Export Deep Research as PDF for Plus/Pro/Team

You can now export your deep research reports as well-formatted PDFs—complete with tables, images, linked citations, and sources.

To use, click the share icon and select 'Download as PDF.' It works for both new and past reports.

Scheduled tasks in ChatGPT

Today we’re rolling out a beta version of tasks—a new way to ask ChatGPT to do things for you at a future time. Whether it's one-time reminders or recurring actions, tell ChatGPT what you need and when, and it will automatically take care of it.

Scheduled tasks is in early beta for Plus, Pro, and Teams. Eventually this will be available to anyone with a ChatGPT account.

Projects in ChatGPT

ChatGPT Projects are available to all Plus, Team, and Pro users.

Projects provide a new way to group files and chats for personal use, simplifying the management of work that involves multiple chats. You can set custom instructions and upload files in your Projects, and any conversations in your Project share context with your uploaded files and custom instructions. Chats in Projects use GPT-4o and support the following features:

• Canvas

• Advanced data analysis

• DALL•E

• Search

Advanced Voice for ChatGPT Web

Starting today, we’re beginning to roll out Advanced Voice Mode on web (already available on mobile and desktop apps). You can now start a voice chat on chatgpt.com on your desktop and have real-time, natural conversations with ChatGPT while doing tasks like shopping, planning, writing, and brainstorming.

We’re starting to roll out to all paid (Plus, Team, Enterprise, and Edu) users today, and expect it to take a few days.

Improvements to data analysis in ChatGPT

Today, we’re starting to roll out enhancements to data analysis:

• Upload the latest file versions directly from Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive Personal, and Microsoft OneDrive including Sharepoint

• Interact with tables and charts in a new expandable view

• Customize and download presentation-ready charts and documents

Data analysis improvements are available in our new flagship model, GPT-4o, for ChatGPT Plus, Team, and Enterprise users.

Introducing GPT-4o

GPT-4o is our newest flagship model that provides GPT-4-level intelligence that is much faster and improves on its capabilities across text, voice, and vision. Currently, only the new text and image capabilities have been rolled out. You can read more about the announcement here.

Plus users will have a message limit that is up to 5x greater than free users, and Team and Enterprise users will have even higher limits.

Memory is now available to Plus users

Memory is now available to all ChatGPT Plus users, except in Europe Korea where we will be rolling it out soon. Using Memory is easy: just start a new chat and tell ChatGPT anything you’d like it to remember.
