If you need to manage billing for ChatGPT or the API platform, first make sure you are in the right product. ChatGPT and the API platform use separate billing systems, so charges and billing history are managed separately.
How to manage billing for ChatGPT web subscriptions (Free/Go/Plus/Pro)
If you subscribed to ChatGPT on the web, open ChatGPT billing settings or follow these steps:
Log in to ChatGPT on the web
Open Settings
Select Billing
Use the options on the Billing pane to manage your subscription and payment methods, and to view available billing history for your account.
How to manage billing for ChatGPT Business or Enterprise
If you are an owner of a ChatGPT Business or Enterprise workspace, open workspace billing settings to view and manage billing details for your workspace.
How to manage billing for the API platform
If you are an owner of an API organization, open the API billing overview to view billing details for the API platform.
If you use ChatGPT on more than one platform
ChatGPT subscriptions can be billed through the web, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store. If you have subscriptions on more than one platform, you may be charged separately.
