Once connected, you can reference your Intercom data to get quick answers, draft responses, or analyze trends without switching tools.

Supported:
Not indexed: large binary attachments (e.g., videos), embedded media, or unsupported file types.
What it can do
Read‑only access to authorized Intercom data via the app.
Supports both synced indexing and on-demand fetching of current ticket data
No write actions: The app cannot create, edit, or delete Intercom objects.
Known Limitations
Initial sync time depends on your Intercom data volume (may take minutes to hours).
Non‑document content such as images and videos may not be indexed.
Permission changes in Intercom may take effect after the next sync cycle.
